Technical Support Specialist – Personal Insurance and Public Entities

As a key member of the Personal Insurance and Public Entities Department, you will play a vital role in supporting our underwriting operations.

Responsibilities:

- Business Support/Underwriting

  • Identify business opportunities through brokers and monitor digital public platforms.
  • Establish agreements with brokers and clients.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals.
  • Analyze P&L results.

- Administration

  • Manage portfolio follow-ups.
  • Oversee administrative processes.
  • Update documentation as necessary.
  • Issue policies, endorsements, adjustments, and renewals.
  • Develop IT tools to enhance efficiency.

- Public Administration

  • Engage with public entities.
  • Provide support for other lines of business (e.g., Liability, Financial Lines).
  • Handle electronic invoicing, maintain archives, manage notifications, and obtain official documentation or certificates.

Skills and Competencies:

Educational background in Administration or Management Information Systems is preferred. University studies will be considered an asset.
