About the Opportunity

Tillster, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Madrid. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote computer communications
  • Troubleshoot issues with our Self Service kiosk, mobile application, and online products
  • Diagnose root causes of problems and identify solutions
  • Document all product-related incidents accurately and completely using Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams to expedite resolution to customer-reported product issues
  • Participate in product training and knowledge sharing among technical support team members
  • Contribute to building and updating a Knowledge Base
Requirements
  • 2-3+ years' experience providing technical support
  • Strong technical, technological, and analytical skills
  • Fluent verbal and written English and Spanish language skills
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows Platform, Microsoft Office, and Network communication
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows OS, Apple iOS, and Android apps
  • Advanced troubleshooting and resolution skills in Internet technologies, TCP/IP networking, and database management
  • Highly self-disciplined, self-motivated, and organized with ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
  • Point of Sale (POS) interface, configuration management, and support experience
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish required
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing platforms such as Salesforce and JIRA
  • A+/Network+ Certifications a plus
