Our portfolio includes brands such as SmartRental Collection, Akeah, Malacuna, Live It, Suio, Evoca, and Lemonade, covering various vertical markets in the Living and Hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities
  1. **Lead Hotel Operations**: Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of all hotels in the assigned geographical area.
  2. **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Oversee hotel yearly budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, and performance reviews.
  3. **Policy Implementation**: Implement and comply with company policies and standards.
  4. **Capital Improvements**: Coordinate capital improvements and property improvement plans.
  5. **Guest Relations**: Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns.
  6. **Service Quality**: Monitor service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and compliance with SOPs.
  7. **Performance Analysis**: Identify operational performance gaps and implement corrective measures.
  8. **Collaboration**: Partner closely with the COO to follow departmental guidelines and priorities.
  9. **Team Management**: Manage daily quality processes, including communication of goals and team member empowerment.
  10. **Performance Development**: Monitor and develop team member performance, especially hotel managers and departmental managers.
  11. **Expense Control**: Control operating expenses and propose corrective initiatives.
  12. **Financial Analysis**: Monitor P&Ls and STR reports.
  13. **Policy Updates**: Update policies and procedures for hotels in the assigned geographical area.
  14. **Audits and Improvement Plans**: Conduct audits of hotels and set improvement plans.
  15. **Talent Development**: Identify and develop talents in collaboration with the HR department.
  16. **Action Planning**: Analyze results and develop improvement action plans.
  17. **Communication**: Communicate effectively with hotel directors, Central Office, and COO.
  18. **Hotel Visits**: Visit hotels and manage teams to promote a positive work environment.
  19. **New Hotel Preopening**: Coordinate preopening operations of new hotels and prepare operational and payroll budgets.
  20. **Hotel Director Selection**: Select new hotel directors and key positions in collaboration with HR.
  21. **Business Development**: Support the Business Development department in finding new hotel projects.
Requirements
  • **Hospitality Management**: Hospitality Management or equivalent work experience.
  • **International Hotel Chains**: 10 years' experience with international hotel chains.
  • **Multi-Property Management**: 5 years of multi-property management experience.
  • **PMS and POS**: Knowledge of PMS and POS.
  • **Language Skills**: Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • **Driving License**: Driving license B.
  • **Travel Flexibility**: Flexibility to travel.
