Boutique Sales Associate

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Client Advisor to join our team at Etro Boutique in Puerto Banus. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and promoting the Etro brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the sale of ready-to-wear and accessories for men and women, adhering to the company's sales philosophy and service standards.
- Contribute to achieving assigned sales targets by providing timely and correct understanding of customer needs and conveying expert knowledge of products, fittings, and trends.
- Monitor own sales performance, noting areas for improvement and strengths.
- Ensure customer reception, assistance, and guidance during the purchasing process, maintaining a high level of service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in and contribute operationally to special projects such as promotions or in-store events.
- Ensure the correct display of products in the shop window and on the sales floor, maintaining the care and order of the shop.
- Participate in warehouse activities (receipt and storage of goods, inventories).
Requirements:
- Deep passion for fashion and luxury.
- Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
- Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customer attitude.
- Ability to adapt to different customers.
- Team-playing aptitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of a second foreign language will be an asset.
