The EUC onsite support engineer will deliver exceptional technical assistance for all End User Computing devices (Laptop, Desktop, and mobility) for office-based personnel at the site. This role involves spearheading the resolution of incidents, issues, and requests to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and to provide optimal operational and business advantages.
❖ Technologies: Microsoft Intune, Zoom Meeting Rooms, Microsoft Office 2010, Office 365 products – Windows 10 desktops, laptops, printers, networked copiers, Mobile Iron, NIC's, basic LAN/WAN connectivity, network cable patching, and hands-on support for rack and stack activities.
❖ IT Tools: SCCM OS deployment, Intune Autopilot OS deployment, Microsoft MFA, Service NOW Ticketing tool (Incident, Service Requests, Asset management)
Technical Skills:
2-5 years+ experience in providing end-user support for PC desktop and application software, including installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and repair of personal computers in a networked environment.Strong knowledge of Windows (version 10 preferred).Proficient in the Full Microsoft Office Suite and Operating Systems: Win7 and Win10, including Word, Excel, Skype, Outlook Calendar, scheduling, and SharePoint.Hands-on hardware troubleshooting expertise.Ability to comprehend and interpret technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.Familiarity with Active Directory for computer configuration e.g., WebSM.Good understanding of Skype, VPN, and mobile device support.Knowledge of IMAC, SLA's, and Asset management, ITIL.General understanding of network infrastructure, including DNS, Proxy servers, and firewalls.Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN setups and concepts.Familiarity with software distribution, patching, and imaging technologies is desirable.
