Monolithic Power Systems is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Administrator Intern to provide administrative support to our European regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires in the European region.
- Support visa administration for new hires and existing employees, including translations and apostilles.
- Coordinate university agreements and company events.
- Assist with Health & Safety activities to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Support recruiting activities, including coordinating interviews and phone screenings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master student with the possibility of formalizing a university/business school agreement for a full-time internship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; fluency in other languages is a plus.
