Viatris is seeking a highly skilled Regional Compliance Manager - Risk Assessment and Monitoring to join our team. As a key member of our compliance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company complies with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities- Risk Assessment:
- Develop and implement risk assessment frameworks and methodologies.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of local affiliates in Europe to identify potential compliance issues.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk controls and recommend enhancements.
- Draft detailed regional risk assessment reports for senior management.
- Compliance Monitoring:
- Develop and execute compliance monitoring plans.
- Conduct and report on periodic data and live monitoring of various interactions with the healthcare community.
- Review internal audit reports and gather feedback to identify areas of focus in monitoring.
- Support the implementation of corrective action plans to address compliance gaps and track progress.
- Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards and assess their impact on our compliance programs.
- Europe Regional Compliance Training:
- Support the development, implementation, and administration of the Compliance training program in Europe.
- Identify compliance training needs and implement training strategies and processes.
- Provide sustainable training and continuous improvement support.
- Revise and update existing training content.
- Draft periodic reports and metrics regarding Compliance training activities.
- Maintain a record of Compliance training program activities.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and at least 4 years' experience in pharmaceutical compliance.
- Experience in compliance concerning social media and digital activities in the Pharma sector is a plus.
- Proactive in bringing forth ideas to improve internal processes and standardization.
- Native or bilingual English speaker.
- Native or bilingual Spanish speaker.
- Master or certification in Compliance will be a plus.
- Great command of MS Office tools.
- Must possess skills in ethics, accuracy, planning and organization, results-oriented.
- Great relationship and communication capabilities.
- Availability for occasional travel as needed.
