About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Operations Area, you will be responsible for managing our supply chain, industrializing our portfolio, and planning manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supply Chain Management: Develop and maintain relationships with providers to optimize our supply chain.
  2. Bill of Materials Definition: Collaborate with the Engineering team to define the Bill of Materials for our R&D projects.
  3. Supply Chain Strategy: Work with our Supply Chain Manager to develop and implement the strategy for the area.
  4. Industrialization Process: Spearhead the industrialization process of our systems, ensuring efficient and cost-effective production.
  5. Production and Logistics Optimization: Implement and optimize production and logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  6. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.

Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in industrial organization or equivalent field.
  2. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the similar industry.
  3. Supply Chain Management: Proven hands-on experience in supply chain management.
  4. Continuous Improvement: Clear vision in continuous improving methodologies.
  5. Production Planning: Proficiency in production planning methodologies and tools, such as ERP systems, capacity planning software, and lean manufacturing principles.
  6. Travel: Willingness to travel around the world to audit our Supply Chain.

  2. Dynamic and Flexible: Use to working in a dynamic and flexible environment.
  3. Autonomy and Responsibility: Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for tasks.

  1. Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Spanish languages.
  2. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate with providers.
  3. Office Tools: Knowledge of Office tools.
  4. Electronics Knowledge: Knowledge of electronics datasheets and technical instructions.
