We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our Space projects at GMV Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing space projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, track progress, and identify potential risks or obstacles.
- Client Communication: Manage communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Team Management: Coordinate and lead the technical team involved in the project, ensuring effective collaboration and timely completion of tasks.
- Cost and Time Management: Track and manage project costs, time, and resources, ensuring alignment with company internal processes.
- Reporting and Metrics: Provide regular project metrics, risks, and deviations to the operations team, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in managing technical projects, preferably in the aerospace industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively translate complex technical concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive attitude to solve problems and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Language Skills: Outstanding communication skills in English (C1 equivalent).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with PMI and agile concepts, academic background in engineering, and experience with aerospace projects applying ECSS management standards.
- Team Management: Experience in team management, working with technical requirements, and knowledge of ISO9001 and similar quality standards.
