About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Engineer with expertise in supply chain management and production organization to join our team in the Operations Area.
This role will involve managing our various suppliers, industrializing our portfolio, and planning manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Procurement management, involving relationships with suppliers to optimize our supply chain.
• Defining the Bill of Materials with the Engineering team to build prototypes of our R&D projects.
• Collaborating with our Supply Chain Manager to develop the area's strategy.
• Spearheading the industrialization process of our systems.
• Implementing and optimizing production and logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in industrial organization or equivalent field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar industry.
• Proven hands-on experience in supply chain management.
• Clear vision in continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in production planning methodologies and tools, such as ERP systems, capacity planning software, and lean manufacturing principles, to optimize resource utilization and meet production targets.
• Willingness to travel to audit our Supply Chain.

Other Skills
• Fluent in both English and Spanish languages.
• Negotiation skills to handle suppliers.
