About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Engineer to join our team, focusing on supply chain management and production organization. As a key member of our Operations Area, you will be responsible for managing our providers, industrializing our portfolio, and planning manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Procurement management, involving relationships with providers to optimize our supply chain.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to define the Bill of Materials for R&D projects.
• Work with the Supply Chain Manager to develop the area's strategy.
• Spearhead the industrialization process of our systems.
• Implement and optimize production and logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in industrial organization or equivalent field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar industry.
• Proven hands-on experience in supply chain management.
• Clear vision in continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in production planning methodologies and tools, such as ERP systems, capacity planning software, and lean manufacturing principles.
Soft Skills
• Methodical and organized person.
• Experienced in working in a dynamic and flexible environment.
• Autonomy and responsibility.
• Ability to take on new challenges.
Other Skills
• Fluent in both English and Spanish languages.
• Negotiation skills to handle different providers.
• Knowledge of Office tools.
• Knowledge of electronics datasheets and technical instructions.
