Job Title: Software Engineer for AI Data Training

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our expert annotation team and contribute to the creation of training data for the world's most advanced AI models.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge generative AI models and help them write better code. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for evaluating the quality of AI-generated code, solving coding problems, and writing robust test cases.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the quality of AI-generated code and provide human-readable summaries of your rationale
  • Solve coding problems and write functional and efficient code
  • Write robust test cases to confirm code works efficiently and effectively
  • Solve coding challenges and create instructions to help others
Requirements

We are looking for a Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience who is passionate about AI and machine learning. You should have a strong understanding of programming concepts and be able to work independently.

Interview Process

The interview process consists of an async RLHF code review, a group call to answer questions about onboarding, and a simulated production-level task on the platform. Successful completion of this process provides you with an opportunity to work on projects as they become available.
