About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our team at Avature. As a key member of our development team, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and implementing our enterprise SaaS solution for global talent acquisition and talent management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality backend systems and tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
  • Contribute to the development of our private cloud platform
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
  • Senior software developer with expertise in Java or PHP
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis
  • Experience with DevOps is a plus
  • Ability to work autonomously and take on projects with minimal supervision
