Backend Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our Platform Operability team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the software infrastructure that supports our main application.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement the deployment and configuration of our applications.
- Develop system tools to automate environment creation and deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between infrastructure and delivery teams.
- Design and develop highly distributed systems.
- Perform code reviews, technical analysis of existing code, and refactors to improve code quality.
- Software development skills and methodologies.
- Superior analytical/troubleshooting skills.
- Solid understanding of operating system concepts and Linux experience.
- Knowledge of infrastructure management technologies (Puppet, Ansible, Packer, Terraform, LXD, AWS, KVM, Docker, etc.).
- Fluency in any structured programming language (preferably Python).
- Experience in product as a service operation.
- Open source experience or contribution to any Linux/Unix distribution.
