About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Requirements Analyst to join our team at Arhs. As a key member of our Business Analysis service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our IT projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and propose the approach for analysis activities, aligning with our company's strategies.
  • Plan and execute analysis activities, establishing the contribution of technology to business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain the cohesion and coherence of the Requirements Package, considering dependencies within and outside the project.
  • Perform requirements elicitation, gathering, and specification, identifying clear and qualified requirements from unstructured information.
  • Organize, trace, prioritize, and model requirements, drafting IT software requirements and building up requirements packages.
  • Verify and validate requirement packages with stakeholders, maintaining up-to-date requirements and system documentation.
  • Promote requirements reuse, assess Requests for Change (RfC), and assess IT systems and solution limitations.
  • Participate in internal workshops and European networks to analyze, discuss, and propose improvements to processes and systems.
  • Design and produce high-quality graphic and appealing presentations, project documentation, and reports in English.
  • Conduct and support User Acceptance Tests (UATs), developing Business Test Scenarios for stakeholders.
  • Provide training to support roll-out, communicate the impact of changes to stakeholders, and support other teams in charge of architecture, development, quality assurance, and control.
  • Contribute to defining quality standards in functional documentation and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of full-time professional experience in IT activities, with 4 years specialized in requirements analysis.
  • Proven experience as an analyst of IT systems, analyzing, eliciting, gathering, and drafting clear and implementable requirements.
  • Experience in requirements analysis and Business Process Modelling (BPM), practical experience in the use of requirements management tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical mindset, with the ability to propose solutions aligned with our company's strategies.
  • Fast learner, able to take up analysis tasks quickly in a new domain, with good time-management skills and the ability to prioritize and report.
  • Excellent communication, interaction, and team worker skills, with the ability to moderate discussions and negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools, knowledge of requirements gathering standards and methodologies, and a university degree in the IT field.
  • Excellent command of written and oral English (C1).
