Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through digital media. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing data across multiple channels, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Analyze data across multiple channels to optimize campaign performance
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve pipeline win rate
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Contribute to the development of SOPs for lead generation, recurrency, and churn prevention
Requirements
  • Bilingual German-English (C2)
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B e-commerce environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
