About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at SD Worx. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing initiatives and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Demand Generation Manager to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in planning, implementation, and analysis of campaigns to promote HR and payroll solutions.
  • Work closely with the Content Creation Manager to generate engaging content across diverse platforms.
  • Assist in maintaining a consistent and compelling brand voice.
  • Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and virtual conferences.
  • Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and post-event analysis to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Assist in the development and management of marketing budgets.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor positioning, and customer needs.
  • Provide insights to inform strategic marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Versatility in executing various marketing functions.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder management within a matrix organizational structure.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Proficient in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
