Join Castlepark as a Digital Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analyst to join our team at Castlepark. As a key member of our digital office, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation and innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the digital office budget process, ensuring timely preparation, approval, and execution of digital transformation and IT expenses.
  • Coordinate with the external administration team to manage day-to-day budget execution and provide analysis to support prioritization of digital investments and expenses.
  • Support the Chief Digital Officer in preparing analysis and recommendations for digital strategy roadmap execution and management.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand project performance and make informed investment decisions.
  • Manage the digital and IT new projects pipeline, ensuring requests are received, documented, and presented to management for prioritization.
  • Coordinate the monitoring of initiative execution and report to management on a monthly basis on status and impact.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Engineering, STEM fields, Business, or Economics.
  • 1-3 years of experience in strategy, business, or tech consulting, high-performing tech environments, or large corporations in digital or transformation areas.
  • Proven experience in delivering change through tech or digital transformation projects or day-to-day operations.
  • Fluent Spanish and English language skills.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, with experience in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Gen AI tech stack.
