Key Responsibilities- Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, helping them define their Data & AI strategy, and ensuring satisfaction through high-quality deliveries.
- Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Data & AI projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Team Management: Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams of consultants specializing in Data Governance, Dashboarding, Process Mining, among others.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality standards in all project phases.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in delivery processes and propose innovative solutions.
- Team Development: Foster the professional development of the team by providing mentorship and continuous support.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing consulting projects in the Data & AI field, participating in the complete data lifecycle, and understanding its architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Azure cloud solutions and valuable experience with GCP, AWS.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proven experience in project management and agile methodology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a proven track record of successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
