Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless user experience of our recruiting systems and channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an interface between IT and HR to ensure full integration of our global IT systems with our recruiting system.
- Manage and support all system-side recruiting channels, including the career website, applicant tracking system, and API to job boards and multiposters.
- Develop and implement a globally standardized solution for recruiting processes, ensuring consistency across all internal and external platforms.
- Collaborate with external service providers and partners to implement technical end-to-end solutions along the entire recruiting process.
- Provide training and support to hiring managers, recruiters, and other users to ensure a smooth user experience.
Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resources, IT, or a comparable field.
- Proven experience in HR IT, IT project management, or a comparable role, preferably in an international corporate environment.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- High degree of initiative, reliability, and organizational skills, with a strong focus on delivering results.
