Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Operations Manager to join our team at Repsol Generación Baja en Carbono (Renovables). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring and operating our renewable energy assets, ensuring their optimal performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain our renewable energy assets, including wind and solar power plants, 24/7, 365 days a year.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our team members, ensuring seamless operation and maintenance of our assets.
- Manage and execute maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with our engineering and maintenance teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize energy production and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy operations, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of high voltage power systems, wind and solar energy technologies, and grid management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SCADA systems.
