We are seeking a highly skilled Shopper Marketing Specialist to join our team at Haleon. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective shopper marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead shopper strategy development and execution at the customer/channel level, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sales targets.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to prepare and implement shopper activation plans, including promotional plans and in-store visibility initiatives.
- Manage promotion budget and measure the effectiveness of shopper marketing investments in the channel.
- Design and execute pre-campaign activities, including tracking and execution.
- Deliver brand priorities in market, taking direction from Area marketing team on area priorities, and provide feedback on in-market effectiveness of area initiatives.
- Develop and execute execution strategies and plans (space, promotion) to win with customers and consumers.
- Conduct sales forecasting for promo packs, jointly with Sales and Marketing.
- Ensure merchandisers have high-quality relevant materials to activate brands with shoppers and consumers.
- Sell-in strategy development and support activities.
- Sell-out strategy development and implementation to optimize visibility, build customer recommendation, and drive consumer preference.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders.
- Comply with local legislation and corporate standards in communication on materials and promotion.
- Drive change and improve shopper engagement at the point of purchase through discussions with key customers.
- University Degree level
- +4 years mainly in Trade Marketing position
- Analytical & strategic vision
