Lead Shopper Strategy at Haleon

We're seeking a skilled Shopper Marketing Specialist to lead our shopper strategy at the customer/channel level. As a key member of our team, you'll develop and implement winning shopper activation plans to drive business growth and achieve sales and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute shopper execution and control plans at the point of purchase.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create shopper activation plans, focusing on execution and distribution goals.
  • Manage promotion budget and measure shopper marketing effectiveness.
  • Design and track shopper marketing campaigns.
  • Deliver brand priorities in market, working closely with the Area marketing team.
  • Develop execution strategies and plans to drive sales and visibility at the point of purchase.
  • Forecast sales for promo packs, working with Sales and Marketing.
  • Provide high-quality materials to merchandisers to activate brands with shoppers and consumers.
  • Sell-in and sell-out strategy development and implementation.
  • Analyze shopper marketing campaign effectiveness, including ROI.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation and corporate standards.
Requirements:
  • University degree level.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Trade Marketing.
  • Strong analytical and strategic vision.
  • Ability to ask questions and uncover actionable insights.
  • Excellent organization and deadline management skills.
  • Proactive approach and teamwork spirit.
  • Fluent English language skills.
