About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our Global Fleet & Products (GFP) team within Amazon Last Mile Logistics. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving compliance, quality, and automation for our redeployment inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead change towards standardized and centralized reporting at VIN level
  • Work towards metrics alignment and integration to our worldwide fleet reporting tools
  • Monitor actual vs planned recurring and non-recurring costs of vehicles within the redeployment cycle
  • Directly impact key metrics related to on-time deployment/collections, Turn around Time per redeployment process segments, quality escalations/vehicles off road, customer satisfaction, and cost deviations
About the Team

The Fleet Delivery and Redeployment team is one of the six Fleet Procurement and Capacity teams within EU Global Fleet & Products (GFP). We are responsible for the physical supply chain of all fleet programs (branded vans & cargo bikes, rentals).

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience in aggregating information and communicating effectively to internal and external stakeholders
  • Solid ownership and deep dive capabilities
  • Comfortable with communicating and liaising with senior leadership
  • Great analytical orientation; comfort using databases and analytical tools and making data-based decisions
  • Proficiency in Excel and capacity to handle SQL queries
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or Masters in a related field
  • Experience working with distributed teams, often in different regions
  • Proven ability to manage complex supply chain or distribution operations with multiple internal and external actors
  • A record of accomplishment in delivering results in a scrappy, ever-growing environment
  • Fluent English is required; knowledge of other European languages will be a plus
