About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Director to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, driving business growth, and leading a team of professionals to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of client-facing professionals to deliver high-quality service and solutions to clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of client projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in media planning and strategy, with a strong understanding of the Spanish media landscape.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
