**About the Role**
This position sits in a diverse team reporting to the Global Compliance Officer within our Trust and Privacy Office (TPO) under the Legal organization and has a direct impact on driving compliant and trustworthy solutions. We lead the company's strategies, policies, and assurance for trusted and compliant digital experiences and personal data use.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and implementation of recommendations and strategic decisions; identify consequences of decisions on a regional or global level and develop appropriate solutions and areas for program improvement.
- Collaborate and negotiate with senior business leaders to resolve highly complex compliance issues; link Trust and Privacy Organization to internal and external stakeholders, such as Internal Audit and external auditors on all audit matters.
- Engage with program managers, account leaders, technical leaders, and executives to communicate program status, escalate issues, and guide and influence strategic decision-making.
- Manage relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers, including setting expectations regarding deliverables, ensure that team members are effectively communicating and collaborating with outsourced resources.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reductions opportunities.
**Global Compliance Program**
Own development and documentation of foundational controls framework for data protection, and once in place, explore a partnership with Internal Audit (IA) to establish an internal compliance audit practice or other third parties to assess and benchmark organizational compliance to Company Privacy Policy, Standards and Specifications.
