Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Privacy Director to join our team at Clarivate. As a key member of our privacy leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our global privacy compliance program and ensuring the effective management of risk.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the Privacy Engineering Tier
  2. Act as Data Protection Officer Delegate
  3. Provide Compliance Technical Advice
  4. Develop and Enforce Global Privacy Compliance Program
  5. Ensure Effective Execution of Privacy Requirements
  6. Collaborate with Chief Privacy Officer and Chief Information Security Officer

Requirements

  1. Minimum 10 Years of Progressive Privacy Experience
  2. Minimum 5 Years of Experience in a Global Company
  3. Comprehensive Knowledge of Data Protection Regulations
  4. Broad Knowledge of EU AI Act and AI/ML
  5. Expert Understanding of Business and Corporate Functions
  6. Strong Problem-Solving Skills and Decision-Making Ability
  7. Ability to Communicate Effectively with Stakeholders
  8. Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  9. Undergraduate College Degree in Business, Law, Finance, Technology, or Relevant Field
  10. Master's Degree in Data Protection, Business, Law, or Technology
  11. Certified Information Privacy Professional - Europe Accreditation (CIPP/E)
