About the Role

As a Microsoft Cloud Solutions Program Manager at SoftwareONE USA, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer acquisition through effective sales program management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales programs to exceed sales targets and drive profitable customer acquisitions, cross-selling opportunities, and churn prevention.
  • Manage sales programs end-to-end, including automated lead generation, pipeline management, forecasting, and customer acquisitions.
  • Leverage Microsoft funding opportunities to support sales efforts and collaborate with internal teams to generate demand among existing and new customers.
  • Monitor performance and results on a short- and mid-term basis, integrating Microsoft programs to accelerate growth and maximize sales impact.
  • Provide regular reporting and communication to the Regional Microsoft Alliance Lead and support business reviews with Microsoft teams.
  • Assist in building market reputation by developing and maintaining public success stories and other public materials.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales program management.
  • Key skills: experience with sales program management, proficiency in handling projects in a multicultural environment, expertise in sales and marketing strategy development, strong execution skills, solution portfolio management, and Microsoft program integration.
  • Desired attributes: proven ability to develop and manage successful sales programs, strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, ability to work collaboratively across various teams and departments, adaptability, and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
