Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Manager - Acute Wounds will be responsible for driving growth and commercialization efforts for the RECELL Device in the Burn market. This role will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase demand and lead generation through various promotional programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to support the commercialization of the RECELL Device in the Acute Wounds market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Medical Affairs, and Global Marketing, to identify market trends and customer needs.
  • Lead the development of marketing assets, training tools, and website content to support promotional activities.
  • Work with external agencies to execute digital communications, including email campaigns and digital advertising.
  • Manage website updates and search engine optimization to improve online presence.
  • Provide marketing training and support to new sales and clinical team members.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in US Medical Device/Pharmaceutical/Biologics/Medical Products marketing.
  • Experience with digital media and communications, lead generation campaigns, and marketing analytics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to think strategically.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
  • Experience working in a medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
