About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Procurement Manager to join our team at FREE NOW. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a critical role in driving our purchasing strategy and ensuring the delivery of maximum value to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive purchasing roadmap to support our spend categories, including ad-hoc spend and significant contracts with key vendors.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to define and execute procurement strategies that drive cost savings and process improvements.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions, leveraging your expertise in advanced negotiation techniques.
  • Analyze current and future spending patterns, as well as purchasing procedures, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with key strategic suppliers, ensuring a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership.
  • Represent FREE NOW in supplier negotiations, advocating for our interests and driving value creation.
  • Develop and implement a purchasing system that ensures consistency and efficiency in our procurement processes.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a procurement role or management consulting company with a focus on procurement.
  • Deep negotiation knowledge and expertise in advanced negotiation strategies.
  • Ability to support multiple annual spend cycles, with a proven track record of identifying addressable spend and achieving savings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Fluent spoken and written English skills, with a strong understanding of Google tools, ERP, and Excel/Gsheet.
