We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Accreditations and Quality to join our team at IE University. As a key member of our Quality, Accreditations and Rankings Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our institution's commitment to excellence and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify synergies between accrediting agencies' criteria and design solutions to capitalize on them.
- Manage and drive improvements for existing data-gathering systems and procedures.
- Consolidate and deepen working relationships within the institution, promoting excellence and value-added contributions.
- Promote compliance with internal policies, aligning with accreditor standards, and encourage the accreditations team to identify non-compliances.
- Produce and optimize documents, reports, and presentations to support accreditation processes and initiatives.
- Ensure timely submission of surveys and follow-up reports required to maintain accreditations.
- Drive and monitor internal initiatives for improvement required by accrediting agencies.
- Address academic and professional staff inquiries related to accreditations.
- Lead strategic and special projects as requested by the head of the unit.
Requirements
- A Master's degree from a top-ranked university is preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in the higher education sector.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
- Attention to detail.
- Solid communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to research, analyze, and present material clearly and concisely.
