Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with brand goals and objectives, creating compelling PR materials such as press releases, campaign content kits, and brand presentations.
- Support the planning, coordination, and communication for events and other activations, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
- Identify and grow existing advocacy, building a strategy that leverages the right mix of community, makeup, and fragrance influence to drive awareness, brand love, and conversion.
- Collaborate with the team to build a squad of global influencers who will create content on an ongoing basis, working closely with local markets to achieve shared goals.
- Help create and manage a global content calendar for both the makeup line and private fragrance collections, aligning social media efforts with relevant campaigns, seasonalities, and product launches.
- Ideate, produce, and post-produce compelling, high-quality content ideas (including copy, visuals, and videos) that resonate with target audiences across channels.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and platform updates related to organic and paid social activations.
- 3+ years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Digital marketing knowledge is preferred.
- Languages: Native or full proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Competencies: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, extensive experience across content creation and influencer marketing within the beauty sector, strong networking and relationship-building skills, innovative thinker and creatively driven, self-motivated, action-oriented, and ambitious with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- A keen interest in all things beauty and an avid follower of relevant news and trends.
