Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and update CX content across our website and Help Center on a regular basis.
- Develop informative, engaging, and audience-appropriate copy to support our customers' journeys with Stayforlong.
- Ensure content aligns with our brand standards, style guidelines, and legal requirements.
- Learn about our customers and identify gaps in CX content to improve their experiences.
- Work with cross-functional teams to localize materials and translate existing workflows into self-service content.
- Monitor trends and ensure consistency and accuracy across all internal and external content touchpoints.
Requirements:
- Proven experience creating content for digital platforms, preferably in a customer-centric role.
