Wir suchen einen Gesundheitsökonomischen Fachmann für unser Inside Sales Team. Als Teil unseres globalen Teams werden Sie eine wichtige Rolle bei der Analyse und Verbesserung unserer Versorgungsprozesse spielen.

Aufgaben
  • Analysieren und verbessern Sie unsere Versorgungsprozesse
  • Anwenden Sie quantitative Methoden, um relevante Daten zu sammeln und Ineffizienzen zu untersuchen
  • Erarbeiten Sie Lösungen zur Verbesserung unserer Leistung und Effektivität
  • Unterstützen Sie bei der Festlegung von Strategien, die zu einer höheren Produktivität und niedrigeren Kosten führen
  • Definieren und entwickeln Sie KPIs und Berichte zur Unterstützung des operativen Betriebs des Vertriebskanals
  • Vorantreiben Sie das Prozess-Reengineerings im Kundenservicecenter für die Direktbelieferung
Anforderungen
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (Schwerpunkt Gesundheitsökonomie) oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz
  • Kenntnisse CRM Software, SAP; allgemeine EDV-Kenntnisse / insbesondere Office
  • Erfahrungen im Vertragswesen
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Vertrieb und in der Bereitstellung von Lösungen auf Basis der Kundenbedürfnisse
