About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Accountant to join our team at Apex Group. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for providing accounting support to our clients, including bookkeeping, preparation of financial reports, and assistance with tax returns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accounting support to clients, including bookkeeping, preparation of financial reports, and assistance with tax returns.
  • Communicate with clients, tax advisors, lawyers, and other professionals to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist auditors and tax advisors with audits and tax-related matters.
  • Maintain and develop a network of clients and professionals to ensure continued growth and success.
  • Participate in other aspects of client work, including corporate legal and tax matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a financial services company.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Yardi and Navision.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with advanced written and spoken English skills.
