Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Junior Financial Accountant to support our day-to-day transactions, including banks, expenses, and taxes.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and record daily cash activity to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform general ledger accounting tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Support in tax settlement and payment to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and monthly financial reports to provide insights into company performance.
- Assist in year-end audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the finance team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills to analyze and present financial data.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Navision system is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
- High English language proficiency to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Predisposition to respond positively to duties assigned and deadlines.
- Ability to deliver results on time and in full, complying with duties demanded.
