Job Title: French Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused French Customer Service Representative to join our team at Recruit4Work SL. As a French Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring the security and protection of credit card information.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and people-oriented call centre, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, credit card operations, and data protection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inquiries from credit card holders and ensure the security and protection of credit card information
  • Identity verification, answering questions, and explaining any steps are among your core duties
  • Blocking lost/stolen credit and debit cards
  • Checking temporarily blocked cards for transactions and permanently blocking or unblocking the credit card
  • Handling claims files
Requirements
  • Fluent in French
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Experience as a Customer Service Agent
  • Communicative and empathetic
