**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Partnerships Coordinator to join our International team at Pluto TV. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in expanding and managing our daily workload, ensuring seamless collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and track key deal points from content agreements, including business terms, payment schedules, and additional rights and obligations.
  • Report quarterly revenue installments to content partners and manage the payments process to achieve payment schedules from contracts.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team, Tax team, and PTP team in the payment workflow.
  • Partner with Finance to develop and improve payout calculations and processes, incorporating input from multiple teams.
  • Work with the BI team to enhance customer service for partners.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with Sales, BI, and Strategy teams.
  • Facilitate and own the process of client-facing deck development, assisting partners in the registration process through Graphite.
  • Manage and follow up on tasks and priorities with business partners.
  • Provide content information to various Pluto/ViacomCBS teams for internal and external presentations.
  • Support the partnerships team with day-to-day workload as the platform launches in additional territories.
  • Proactively identify and leverage issues that could enhance or hurt relationships with partners.
  • Build trackers and create analysis for optimizing business KPIs.
  • Maintain, develop, and update client tracking documents, including status reports, business overviews, and custom recaps.
  • Support and manage the execution of cross-portfolio partnerships.

**Requirements**

  • Spanish and English required; other EU languages a plus.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in the entertainment industry and/or online media and/or similar.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
