**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Partnerships Coordinator to join our team at Paramount Pictures. As a key member of our International Content Partnerships team, you will play a crucial role in expanding and managing our daily workload, ensuring the smooth operation of our content partnerships across international territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track key deal points from content agreements, including business terms, payment schedules, and additional rights and obligations.
  • Report quarterly revenue installments to content partners.
  • Oversee the payments process to achieve payment schedules from contracts.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team, Tax team, and PTP team in the payment workflow.
  • Partner with finance to develop and improve payouts calculations and processes, incorporating input from multiple teams.
  • Work with the BI team to enhance customer service for partners.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with Sales, BI, and strategy teams.
  • Facilitate and own the process of client-facing deck development, assisting partners in the registration process through Graphite.
  • Manage and follow up on tasks and priorities with business partners.
  • Provide content information to various Paramount/ViacomCBS teams for internal and external presentations.
  • Support the partnerships team with day-to-day workload as the platform is launched in additional territories.
  • Proactively identify and leverage issues that could enhance or hurt relationships with partners.
  • Build trackers and create analysis for optimizing business KPIs.
  • Maintain, develop, and update client tracking documents, including status reports, business overviews, and custom recaps.
  • Support and manage the execution of cross-portfolio partnerships.

Requirements

  • Spanish and English required; other EU languages a plus.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in the entertainment industry and/or online media and/or similar.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.
  • Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to take initiative and offer solutions when situations arise.
  • Spelling, grammar, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Passionate for content (movies, series, factual, lifestyle, news, kids, music, sports).
  • Resilience and 'can-do' attitude a must.
  • Ability to work independently, while supporting a team in multiple locations.

Technical Skills

  • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Teams).
  • Thorough knowledge of G-Suite (Google Docs and Sheets).
  • Knowledge in Ariba, SAP, AirTable, Tableau, Graphite, Jira a plus.
