About the Role

As a Technical Account Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will play a critical role in driving customer adoption and use of our cloud services. This is a unique opportunity to be the principal technical advisor and 'voice of the customer' to organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services
  • Provide technical guidance and advocacy to help customers plan and build solutions using best practices
  • Proactively monitor and maintain customers' AWS environments to ensure operational health
  • Build close relationships with customers to understand their business and technical needs
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive discussions on incidents, trade-offs, support, and risk management
Requirements
  • Strong technical acumen and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to travel 10% or more as needed
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with cloud-based technologies and services
