Job Title:

Technical Product Manager - Cloud Solutions

Job Summary:

Ingram Micro is seeking a skilled Technical Product Manager to lead the development of our cloud solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set product vision and strategy aligned with business goals
  • Develop and promote product roadmaps to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with product teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market strategies
  • Evangelize and support solutions to drive adoption
  • Assist sales organization and pre-sales solution architect team in defining repeatable solutions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, BS preferred or equivalent industry experience
  • 3+ years of product management experience in the software industry
  • 3+ years of Solution or Software Architecture experience in designing cross-platform integrations, services integrations, and cloud solutions
  • Experience with BSS/OSS systems
  • ERP experience is a plus
  • Experience in scoping and validating complex customer requirements
  • Experience with solution delivery, software development, and quality assurance processes
