Job Summary:

Empresa Reconocida is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Information Technology Services (ITS) team, you will provide technical support to our office and local offices across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level software and hardware support through online guidance and second-level support for problems demanding on-site troubleshooting and solution delivery.
• Ensure meticulous call logging of incoming calls and perform regular quality control checks on call logging.
• Guarantee regular customer communication and service delivery, including escalation of problems to other ITS sections according to procedures.
• Coordinate user administration, including office moves, position changes, and new staff.
• Provide support during internal/external live events, Microsoft Teams meetings, etc.

Requirements:

• University degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT customer support services.
• High-level working knowledge of multiple complex software packages, hardware, and networks.
• Exposure to user and server administration in Active Directory.
• Experience in networking LAN and WiFi connections.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, and Microsoft Teams.
• Knowledge of basic hardware components and laptops.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills in a global environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
• Faculty to remain calm, courteous, and efficient in emergency situations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
