About the Role

Amazon Business is revolutionizing the B2B marketplace, and we're seeking a talented Business Intelligence Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing strategic and tactical levers to drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract business requirements and propose solutions for the B2B marketplace.
  • Analyze complex business problems, identifying opportunities for improvement and presenting written recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Design and develop end-to-end self-service BI solutions to support decision-making for key stakeholders in the EU and worldwide.
  • Train business stakeholders to use BI tools and empower them to analyze data autonomously.
  • Research and implement novel approaches to enhance technical and business processes, improving customer and stakeholder experiences.
  • Develop and roll out mathematical models and algorithms to understand customer and vendor behavior and needs.
