About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Plytix. As a key member of our account acquisition team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage email campaigns for our sales team, analyzing sales calls to identify customer preferences and crafting compelling messages for outreach.
  • Pull lead lists of potential prospects and set up automated campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and create weekly reports for the Commercial Director and CEO.
What You'll Learn

During your first month, you'll complete training and gain a deep understanding of the Plytix platform and our customer success team. You'll work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop impactful strategies and projects.

What You'll Achieve

After three months, you'll be running campaigns and identifying ways to improve your first campaign. You'll collaborate with marketing and other departments to take your campaigns to the next level. By six months, you'll be a superstar, effortlessly coming up with new and better campaigns, and introducing AI into your workflows.

Requirements
  • Native level of English
  • Ability to establish reporting processes to forecast, monitor, and evaluate campaign effectiveness
  • Proficient with CRM and outbound tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, and La Growth)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for personalization
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Sharp focus on goals and a strong approach for achieving them
