Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our team to deliver translations that meet client requirements and adhere to our quality standards.
- Research industry-specific terminology to ensure accurate and culturally relevant translations.
- Cross-reference specialized glossaries and translation tools to ensure translation quality.
- Proofread translated texts for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Work with our team to identify and address any issues that may impact client commitments.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of our internal assets, including glossaries and style guides.
- Provide feedback on translation quality and work with our team to address any issues.
- Native speaker in Dutch with excellent spoken and written skills.
- Fluency in English with at least 3 years of experience translating life sciences content.
- Tertiary degree in translation or linguistics, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with translation management systems and CAT tools is essential.
- Prior experience as a translator with a translation and localization company is desirable.
