Job Title: Lead Technical Artist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Artist to join our team at Tripledot Studios. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented Technical Artists and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality game experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of 5 Technical Artists to ensure optimal game performance and excellent visuals.
  • Design and implement the Unity layer linking art and animation with the programmers' codebase.
  • Construct new game features within Unity, including Unity UI, following internal technical workflow.
  • Write custom C# components for complex visual elements and optimize new and existing features.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive product development according to company goals.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in the Unity engine, especially Unity UI.
  • Experience with different architectural approaches to game development.
  • Ability to write clean, performant C# code and optimize games for smooth performance on various devices.
  • Proven experience in leading a team, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
  • Experience in strategic planning and accurate tasks estimation, aligning with project timelines and company objectives.
