Job Title: Senior Technical Artist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Artist to join our team at Ci Games. As a Senior Technical Artist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, performant shaders within Unreal Engine 5, collaborating with designers and artists to bring our team's vision to life, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with designers and artists to create visually stunning and engaging game content.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, performant shaders within Unreal Engine 5.
  • Work closely with coders and testers to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Unreal Engine 5 trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Artist or similar role with a focus on shaders.
  • A solid foundation in technical and mathematical aspects of real-time art production.
  • Expertise in Unreal Engine 5.
  • Proficiency in Unreal Engine's material graph, similar visual shader editors, or shading languages.
  • Experience with visual scripting tools like Blueprints or similar.
  • A keen eye for natural and believable visuals.
  • Bonus points for Niagara experience.
  • Bonus points for Autodesk Maya/3D Studio Max or comparable software.
