Turner & Townsend Group is seeking a highly skilled Cost Manager to join our team. As a Cost Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cost management services to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement cost management strategies to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
- Conduct thorough cost estimates and cost planning to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Manage the tendering process, including preparing and submitting tender documents, and analyzing and evaluating tender responses.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to identify and mitigate cost variances and changes.
- Prepare and present cost reports to clients, including monthly post-contract cost reports.
- Develop and implement value engineering strategies to optimize project costs.
- Negotiate and agree final accounts with clients.
**Requirements:**
- Degree qualified in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, or quantity surveying.
- Proven experience in cost management, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and project teams.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Fluent Spanish language skills, both written and spoken.
