Cost Manager Job Description

At Turner & Townsend, we're passionate about delivering exceptional results for our clients. As a Cost Manager, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop strong relationships and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage pre and post-contract duties, including cost estimation, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Estimate and cost plan, including producing and presenting the final cost plan.
  • Tender and procure, including managing the pre-qualification stage and producing the tender report.
  • Perform timely and accurate cost checks and valuations.
  • Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and present them to the client.
  • Interface with clients and other consultants at all project stages.
  • Participate in post-contract cost variances and change control processes.
  • Perform cost risk analysis and provide input into value engineering.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management services across the full construction project lifecycle.
  • Fluent in Spanish and business-level English.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to clients.
