Position Overview
UIC Barcelona is home to approximately 8,000 students, offering access to 16 bachelor's degree programmes, eight double bachelor's degrees, and around 30 double international bachelor's degrees. We also provide a diverse array of master's and postgraduate degrees, as well as continuing education courses tailored to your field of interest.

We are in search of a skilled Programme Advisor for our Admissions and Outreach Department. The ideal candidate should be driven to achieve sales targets, possess in-depth knowledge of our offerings, and be committed to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop recruitment strategies for assigned programmes Assist in setting objectives Manage candidate applications, monitor their progress, and guide them through the admissions process Oversee all documentation related to promotion and admissions Participate in coordinated promotional activities such as fairs and informational sessionsCandidates with specialized expertise in sales management and the admissions process will be highly regarded. Additionally, it is essential to cultivate strong relationships with faculty and the Communication and Marketing Departments. Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, resilience, a sense of urgency, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships Excellent organizational and negotiation skills-
